Maximilian Seil

Maximilian Seil is a discreet yet highly accomplished German real estate advisor, broker, investor, and entrepreneur, specializing in residential and commercial assets as well as ultra-prime developments across Europe’s most coveted locations. With over 15 years of market experience and a track record exceeding €1.3 billion in transactions and more than 4,500 residential units sold, he works exclusively with a select circle of private clients, family offices, private equity firms and institutional investors.

Seil’s academic and professional background reflects a truly international perspective. Educated at elite institutions such as the Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz (CH) and Bloxham School (UK), he went on to study Sports Science at St Mary’s University College in London. He later returned to Germany, gaining experience at leading private banks such as Sal. Oppenheim and Hauck & Aufhäuser, aswell as internships at Engel & Völkers Commercial and the internationally active IVG Immobilien AG, where he completed his professional training as a Certified Investment Fund Management Assistant (IHK).

In 2012, Seil founded what would become the Seil Group – a boutique real estate management firm headquartered in Germany. Today, the group operates as a trusted partner to a small number of family offices and cross-border investors, focusing on buy-side and sell-side advisory and portfolio strategy in the German residential investment sector.

Through Seil Private Homes, the group also supports the sales and project development of ultra-luxury real estate in Germany and selected European markets. Among the firm’s hallmark mandates is the KURECK Areal – one of Germany’s most prestigious developments with over 140 high-end residential units.

In addition to his advisory and development activities, Maximilian Seil is the Chairman of the 22 Group, a German investment holding, and 22 Capital, its international counterpart. Across these platforms, he holds strategic stakes in multiple residential and commercial property vehicles, both domestically and abroad. He is also an active operating partner at ROPE Capital Partners, a value-add investment firm based in London.
